Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter contracts. If you use the Platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for every action taken through your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for notifying us immediately at support@zitto.io of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials that result from your failure to secure them.

One natural person or entity may hold one account unless we approve otherwise in writing. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented, shared or transferred.

2. Description of services

Zitto is an aggregator of digital infrastructure. Many services are fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers. The Platform currently includes or may include:

• Virtual (cloud) Android phones rented for fixed durations;
• One-time SMS and voice verification numbers and longer-term phone number rentals;
• Residential, mobile and datacenter proxies;
• Reddit accounts and Facebook / Meta advertising accounts;
• Non-custodial cryptocurrency swaps routed through third-party exchange partners;
• A browser-based phone dialer billed per minute;
• Telegram group management tools.

3. Third-party suppliers

Some services are delivered by suppliers such as proxy networks, virtual device clouds, telephony carriers, SMS aggregators and crypto exchange partners. Their availability, inventory, quality, pricing and uptime are outside our direct control. We may change, replace or remove any supplier at any time without notice.

Your use of supplied resources may additionally be subject to the supplier's acceptable use rules. A violation that causes a supplier to suspend resources may lead to suspension of your Zitto account without refund.

Prices shown in listings may be indicative quotes that change in real time. The price charged is the price confirmed on the final review screen when you place an order.

4. Zitto wallet, pricing and payment

Most services are paid from a prepaid Zitto wallet. Every order is checked against your available balance before it is processed; orders that would exceed your balance are rejected and nothing is delivered.

Wallet balances are a prepayment for Zitto services only. They are not a bank deposit, e-money, savings account or investment, earn no interest, are not insured, and cannot be transferred to other users. Balances may only be withdrawn as cash where required by law or as described in the Refund Policy.

You authorise us to debit your wallet for every order you submit, including per-minute dialer charges, renewals you enable, and applicable service fees. Each order request is processed once; duplicate submissions of the same request are not charged twice.

We may set minimum and maximum deposit amounts, require additional verification for large or unusual deposits, and reverse credits that result from chargebacks, fraud, or payment-processor errors. Balances inactive for 24 consecutive months may incur a reasonable dormancy fee where permitted by law, after 30 days' notice.

Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction, which you are responsible for.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:

• commit or facilitate fraud, identity theft, phishing, account takeover, carding or payment fraud;
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, robocalls or calls that violate telemarketing, consent or do-not-call laws;
• harass, threaten, stalk or defraud any person, or contact emergency services through the dialer;
• access, attack, scan or overload networks or systems without authorisation, including DDoS, credential stuffing or exploiting vulnerabilities;
• distribute malware, child sexual abuse material, or any content that is illegal where you or the recipient are located;
• launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, or swap proceeds of crime;
• circumvent export controls or use services from sanctioned countries or on behalf of sanctioned persons;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• resell, reverse-engineer, scrape or abuse the Platform or its APIs beyond documented limits;
• attempt to manipulate pricing, balances, order flows, or obtain services without paying.

6. Third-party platform rules

Accounts, numbers and tools you obtain through Zitto may be used on third-party platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, Meta, Telegram and others. Those platforms have their own terms. You alone are responsible for complying with them. Zitto does not guarantee that any third-party platform will accept, keep active or refrain from restricting an account, number, proxy IP or device, and bans or restrictions imposed by third parties after delivery are not a defect in our service.

Zitto is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Reddit, Meta, Telegram, Google, Android or any other third-party brand referenced on the Platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Service-specific terms

Virtual phones: rentals run for the purchased duration and end automatically. Data stored on a device is deleted when the rental ends; back up anything you need. You may not use devices for mining, malware hosting, or any activity listed in Acceptable Use.

SMS verification and number rentals: a one-time verification number is valid only for the selected service and a limited window. Numbers are recycled after use or expiry and may have been used previously. We do not guarantee that any particular service will send a code.

Proxies: speed, ping and location data are supplier estimates. IPs may rotate or go offline. You are responsible for all traffic you route through a proxy.

Accounts for sale: listings describe accounts as of the time of listing. After delivery you must change credentials and recovery details immediately. Responsibility for an account passes to you on delivery.

Crypto exchange: swaps are non-custodial and executed by an exchange partner. Rates are estimates until your deposit is confirmed on-chain and may move with the market. You must send the exact coin on the exact network shown and include any required memo or tag. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; funds sent to a wrong address, wrong network or without a required memo may be permanently lost. Partners may hold transactions for compliance checks.

Dialer: calls are billed per started minute at the destination rate shown before the call. The dialer is not a replacement for a telephone service and cannot be used to reach emergency numbers.

Telegram tools: you must have the right to manage any group you connect and must respect Telegram's terms and members' privacy.

8. Compliance, verification and monitoring

We may request identity, business or source-of-funds information at any time, and may delay, limit or refuse orders until it is provided. We may monitor usage patterns for fraud and abuse prevention, and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account, cancel orders, or freeze balances immediately if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created legal or reputational risk, triggered a chargeback, or if required by law or a supplier.

Where an account is terminated for breach, active services end without refund and any remaining balance may be withheld to cover losses, fees or penalties we incur. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused wallet balance to the original payment method where possible.

10. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, logos and content, is owned by Zitto or its licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free right to use it without obligation to you.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY SUPPLIER, RATE, ACCOUNT OR NUMBER WILL BE AVAILABLE OR PERFORM AS YOU EXPECT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZITTO AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, ACCOUNTS, GOODWILL OR CRYPTOCURRENCY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ZITTO IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Zitto and its suppliers from any claims, losses, fines, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your breach of these Terms or third-party platform rules, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact legal@zitto.io and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Unresolved disputes will be finally resolved by confidential arbitration under the LCIA Rules, seated in London, conducted in English by a single arbitrator. Claims must be brought individually, not as a class or representative action. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in a competent court. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect, except where changes are required by law or to address abuse. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. General

These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Zitto. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supplier outages, blockchain congestion, or carrier failures.
